We have a close working relationship with our clients. We use your information to compile financial reports. Cost depends on volume and time needed to process your data. We would anticipate 2-3 hours/ week or set a fixed fee. Payroll includes complete assistance with hourly calculations to determine overtime, ACH of payroll checks to employees, state, local and federal payroll tax reporting and Worker's Comp and Employment Services reporting, EFTS deposits as we structure this service with your staff. Normal payroll processing is normally 2-3 hours.

Income Tax: Our preparers are registered with the Internal Revenue Service and will provide PTIN. We work to get the best tax result for your situation. We use encrypted folders to transfer information and will invite you to use them after our initial phone call. Target price is $79.99 - $129.99 MFS, HOH and MFJ with W-2's.
